Year of Mercy Liturgy
Today, 8 December we had a liturgy to begin the celebration of the Year of Mercy organised and lead by Miss Heatley. To end the liturgy, we were lead out by Henry who was carrying the cross and Annaleigh, carrying the candle through the hall's front door, out onto to the footpath and then walk back into the school ground through the main gate. This was a symbolic opening of the doors of Mercy at our Sacred Heart School.
Tokelauan Language Week
In Week 3 for Tokelauan Week, we have been learning a lot about things Tokelau: arts and crafts, maths (counting to ten), songs, the Alphabet and especially the food - we had cocoa rice and tokelau bread for lunch!

TTT Day
Last Friday, the whole school had a fantastic Top Notch Team Time which was successfully organised and ran by the Year 7 & 8 classes. There were a variety of hands on activities and modified games which really kept the tamariki energised to last the whole day.
